This will give you a unique insight in to your applicants and help you match their attributes to the job.Careerbuild currently offer Psychometric Assessments as an additional service, as per the clients requirements.Careerbuild uses Thomas International and their Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) to assess candidates behavioural tendencies. Whilst this has proved time and time again to be a valuable tool in enhancing the recruitment process it has also proved to be of greater importance in the context of the management and retention of staff. This is due to the insights gained from PPA, which provide the employer with a greater understanding of why their people behave the way they do and can therefore be used to hone and modify managers communication skills.
