Having previously worked in Field Sales. Adam moved into the Recruitment Industry.

Subsequently he specialised in the Building products sector since joining John Richards Associates in 1995. Later he became a Director and Shareholder with the company before becoming a Co-founder of Careerbuild in 2001. Adam is a county cricketer.

Having worked in a Sales environment since mid 80's. Initially, in Commercial and Industrial field Sales, Alistair moved in to Sales Recruitment in 1986 in Birmingham.

Specialising in the Building products sector since 1994. He was a Director of John Richards Associates and is now a co-founder of Careerbuild. He is a keen, regular golfer.

After leaving University, Alistair began his career by selling building materials prior to moving into Recruitment in London in 1988, specializing in the building products market.

A founding Director of John Richards Associates, he went on to co-found Careerbuild in 2001. He is also a trained psychometric assessor and keen sailor.
